Spacious and new room.

Absolutely small shower in a bathroom and not convenient to use. 30 minutes to walk to patong center

This hotel is hugh.. Loved the pool ... the location along with the service of the staff... This hotel is beautiful inside and out i would highly recommend anyone to stay here on there vacation

I didn''t like my shower the water kept coming out all over the bathroom floor they need to fix that

The pool was nice and its close to Patong Beach. Also the fruit bar was a neat twist.

The shuttle service to Patong area and Phuket town is a joke. The restaurants at the resort are not that great. The main infinity pool by the beach was closed. There is a lot of stairs in the facility. The internet was slow and cut in and out too much.

The front desk staff were courteous, and helpful. The shuttle services from the ground level to top level of hotel are very reliable. The hotel grounds are nicely kept, and pretty scenery. The free shuttles provided to town.

The free shuttles to town(Patong and Phuket Town) needs to be more flexible and more time available to guest without having to pre book the nite before.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Bed was very hard. Hotel was a bit dated and therefore seemed more like 3-4 stars, not 5.

View is nice but Counter service staff attitude is very bad ¿In addition to the scenery is nothing like five-star hotel

When you ask questions, and could not get a reply within forty-eight hours and you need to keep reminding. Service is very poor quality should be improved.

This was a beautiful resort hotel. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. As our room was a bit of a walk uphill from the street they offered shuttles that ran frequently from the lobby to our room tower. The beach was just a five minute walk. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with quite a variety of food. The staff was super courteous! I would highly recommend this hotel.

It had a beautiful lounge type room by the lobby which would have been an amazing spot for a drink and some music in the evenings.

I liked the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful location of the resort. Even with a partial sea view, the scenery was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend choosing a higher-floor room for a better and more open view of the sea. The property is well maintained and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, creating a calm and relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of cuisines, including American, Asian, and Japanese options, with something to suit different tastes each morning.

The resort was a very nice property and the staff were extremely accommodating and always friendly and nice.

1) Let's start with our suite, I expected more for the $7,159 amount we paid. The room was a nice size with a lot of wasted space. Also, the furniture is outdated and the closet doors all made noises when you closed them. They could put a nice dinning room table so you can sit together and eat. Also, they should have a microwave to warm up let overs. The pillows were so uncomfortable, to firm, so I tried the pillows on the sofa bed, they were just as uncomfortable. My husband has a pain in his neck from the pillows. Secondly, our AC was not working properly they came several times, but it would still get warm in the room especially at night. Lastly, our tv started showing distortion and just stopping, it made us switch to Netflix. They came and did something, but it continued to do the same things. We just quit asking for help.2) Their room service menu was not the best, we ended of ordering fast food the majority of the time. We ordered room service, but couldn't eat it all, we covered it with the plastic, put it on the desk table, and planned to finish it the next day, but housekeeping took everything. I was so pissed, but I did not say anything. Also, there were not enough western choices for the breakfast, so we ate the same thing every day and then I finally started eating cereal whenever we went to breakfast and several days we skipped breakfast and went to the mall to eat.3) It needs to be mentioned that you have to do a great deal of walking (stairs) at the property. I think they should offer more complimentary rides to the shopping and the beach. They offer a free ride to the beach at 2 and 4 pm, that's unacceptable. All those vans they have they should offer more trips every 2 or 4 hours to the mall and beach, and you should be able to be picked up from those locations and taken back.

An incredible 5 star hotel. We had a free upgrade to a Suite, breakfast was AMAZING and the japanese restaurant was very good and not super expensive, in fact cheap for what it seems.

The location to walk to the hotel from the beach/patong is not very good/nice. Also, as the name says, it is on a cliff, so there are a lot of stairs and uphills, there is a transport option to save some of it but there are stairs everywhere, so be aware if you have and mobility problems.

Location was great! Not far from patong beach (you can walk to it) yet far enough from the noise, the room came with a coupon of 1kg of fresh fruit of your choosing, Kiko restaurant was great, they have two pools the main one was a bit small but great for sun bathing and cooling off, the breakfast was excellent! So many choices and all of them were great, but it can get crowded easily and it will be difficult to find a seat, head there early to enjoy it.

Greeting at check-in when we first arrived wasn't great. Very minimal communication and wasn't a very friendly welcome. But most staff great the rest of the time.

Although breakfast was good, it would have been better if there was more variety and options.
